Outsource it.

A large part of my practice is working with emerging franchise brands. In many cases I suggest that the emerging franchisor outsource technical business functions to third parties. Examples include accounting and book keeping functions, marketing and social media, site selection and lease negotiation and franchise sales. In my experience, an emerging system is better served to pay a third party with expertise in a specific field than to try to save a few dollars and fumble away a key part of the business.
